Scholarship Winner

Throughout her life, Elena has faced numerous medical challenges, yet she has not let these difficulties deter her from pursuing her athletic passions and career goals. Even with athletic-induced asthma, she has committed to CSU Northridge to play collegiate Division 1 beach volleyball. This will enable her to pursue her other goal: to obtain a degree in accounting. Her interest in accounting is deeply rooted in the understanding that finances are integral to the success and sustainability of businesses and our community as a whole.
